We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, company name, website URL, and Brand DNA profiles generated from scanning. We also collect usage data including generation history, platform interactions, and device/browser information via cookies.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered marketing content, manage your account and credits, process payments, send transactional emails, and analyze platform usage for product improvement. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Protection
We believe in absolute data transparency. Marq AI stores authentication tokens, brand profiles, and generational history securely utilizing encryption at rest (AES-256). All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. We do not sell your brand DNA or target audience parameters to third parties.
4. Third-Party Sub-Processors
To provide the Service, we use: OpenAI (AI content generation), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). By using Marq AI, you consent to their respective data handling policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data and generation history will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
