14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first billing cycle on any paid plan. If you're not satisfied with Marq AI within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.
Credit Refunds
Since AI generation incurs real compute costs, credits that have been consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits on cancelled accounts remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial month refunds are issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Enterprise Plans
Custom enterprise agreements may have different refund terms as specified in your service agreement. Contact your account manager for details.
