1. Overview
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through the Marq AI platform at trymarq.com ("Service"), operated by TryMarq, LLC. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Credit Pack Purchases — Non-Refundable
All credit pack purchases made through Marq AI are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital units used to access AI-powered content generation features on the platform. Each AI generation consumes real-time compute resources and incurs third-party API costs that cannot be recovered once processed. Credit purchases are processed through our authorized payment processors.
By purchasing a credit pack, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All credit pack sales are final at the time of purchase.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for credit pack purchases under any circumstances.
- Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire, but are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
- If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining unused credits are forfeited.
3. Subscription Refunds
For paid subscription plans, the following refund terms apply:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee by contacting us at [email protected].
After 14 Days: Subscription fees paid beyond the initial 14-day window are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Cancellation: Upon cancellation, auto-renewal is disabled and no further charges will be made. Your access and any remaining subscription benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount(s) will be refunded.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization, we will investigate and issue a refund if fraud is confirmed.
- Platform Error: If credits were deducted but the Service failed to deliver generated content due to a verified platform error (not a user error), we may restore the credits to your account at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a subscription refund or report a billing issue:

- Include your account email address, the date of the transaction, the amount charged, and the reason for your request.
- If applicable, provide a screenshot or transaction ID from your payment provider.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 5–10 business days of receiving all required information.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times depend on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
- Cash App: 3–5 business days
- PayPal / Venmo: 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
TryMarq, LLC reserves the right to contest chargebacks that we determine to be illegitimate, and to provide transaction records, usage logs, and purchase confirmations to the relevant payment processor as evidence.
8. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
